Colorado Process Service has Process Servers across Colorado to handle all your Process Service needs. We also have access to a network of highly trained servers around the country to handle your out of state and international process service needs.

Document Security & Safety. The security of your documents and the safety of our Process Servers means we do things a little different then most companies. Most of our Process Servers work in teams of two. Our Process Servers display photo identification and seven point gold star shaped badges engraved with “Agent—Colorado Process Service” on them. Although most of the documents we serve are received by e-mail or fax, there are occasions that originals or exhibits must be picked up from your office. Be assured, all of our authorized Process Servers display photo identification. If you ever want to verify the identity of one of our Process Servers, prior to releasing documents feel free to call our office at 800-929-4851, extension 0 to speak with a dispatcher.

Electronic Document Submission. Our preferred method of receiving your documents is by e-mail. With the use of Sprint Broadband PCIM Cards and other wireless network links, laptops and printers in our vehicles your documents can be received, printed, collated, and stapled before service.

Electronic updates and billing. Every time we attempt service it is entered into our online database and our system will automatically notify you by e-mail. When documents are served you will receive notification by e-mail along with your invoice and signed PDF return of service.

Electronic return of service. As soon as your documents are served and the server approves the electronic return of service, you will be notified by e-mail and will be able to retrieve the document from your online account with us. With a majority of courts requiring e-filing of documents we have not had any problems with the electronic signatures on our returns of service. Be assured that security of our returns is of the utmost concern and that no return of service can be authorized or transmitted to you without the approved process server entering the appropriate return of service and job completion information. All returns of service are in PDF format ready for e-filing with your local courts.

Always Available. We have agents available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to assist you. If you receive voicemail when calling rest assured that as soon as a message is left our automated phone attendant pages an agent to return your call. Insured. We maintain $2 Million in professional errors & omissions coverage, general liability and personal/advertised injury coverage from a top rated insurance company. Certificate of coverage available upon request.
